You will be responsible for parts supply, order management and customer support, while contributing to the smooth flow of operations and delivering outstanding customer service.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><p><strong>Service and parts supply:<\/strong> Provide customers and shop employees with parts and components while ensuring their needs are met efficiently.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><p><strong>Fabrication: <\/strong>Perform hydraulic hose assembly according to customer specifications and established procedures.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><p><strong>Order management:<\/strong> Prepare quotations, create customer orders and follow up through delivery.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><p><strong>Logistics:<\/strong> Receive ordered products and materials, ensure accurate entry into the computer system, and process shipments in accordance with Hydromec standards.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><p><strong>Data entry:<\/strong> Enter billing information into the computer system accurately and efficiently.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><p><strong>Inventory management<\/strong>: Enter pending purchase orders into the system, monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the supervisor.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><p><strong>Inventory control:<\/strong> Ensure inventory accuracy and update product technical records.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\"><p><strong>Health and safety:<\/strong> Follow and apply occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Excellent ability to retain information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Strong interest in continuous learning and training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li
