satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p><p><strong><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p><strong>Diagnostics and Repairs: <\/strong>Evaluate, diagnose, and repair various components and systems of heavy machinery directly at customer sites.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Inspection and Maintenance: <\/strong>Conduct thorough inspections and perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure its proper operation.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Service Calls: <\/strong>Respond promptly and efficiently to service calls, providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Continuous Training: <\/strong>Participate in internal and external training sessions to stay current with evolving technologies and systems.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Documentation: <\/strong>Complete service and repair reports to ensure traceability and clear communication with clients and internal teams.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><p><strong><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Knowledge of hydraulic systems, including electric proportional controls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Computer skills for using diagnostic and management tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomy,
