The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail to help optimize service operations.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p><strong>Administrative Services: <\/strong>Prepare service bulletins and produce various reports.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Customer Project Management: <\/strong>Open, close, and follow up on customer projects.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Work Time Validation: <\/strong>Verify and validate technician work hours for billing purposes.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Billing Support: <\/strong>Assist the mechanical, machining, welding, and cylinder departments with service billing.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Warranty Management:<\/strong> Assist the warranty manager in preparing claims and managing parts returns to manufacturers.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Report Analysis and Production: <\/strong>Prepare and analyze daily reports to track operations.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Equipment Tracking: <\/strong>Help update service and repair histories in the computer system.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Inventory Management: <\/strong>Assist in updating customer equipment inventories.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Business Relations: <\/strong>Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing diligent file follow-up<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Filing and Archiving: <\/strong>File and archive documents in customer and equipment files.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Other Related Tasks: <\/strong>Perform any other tasks supporting service operations.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent learning and information retention ability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational and structuring skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail and precision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilingualism (advanced French, intermediate English) is an asset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3
