With your field knowledge, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and guide them in selecting high-performance equipment suited to their operational requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p><strong><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p><strong>Promotion and sales: <\/strong>Promote and advise on equipment based on clients\u2019 specific needs while highlighting the strengths of Hydromec\u2019s products.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Market analysis: <\/strong>Monitor construction industry trends to adjust offerings and maximize equipment positioning.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Client development: <\/strong>Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities within the assigned territory.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Equipment evaluation and follow-up<\/strong>: Assess used equipment and ensure resale according to market demand.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Go-to-Market Strategy: <\/strong>Plan and share with management structured and organized strategies to achieve sales objectives<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Proposals and quotes: <\/strong>Prepare clear, competitive, and tailored business proposals for each client, in line with company standards.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Activity reports: <\/strong>Produce accurate, concise reports on prospects and sales follow-up.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Competitive intelligence: <\/strong>Be knowledgeable about competitor products to effectively position the advantages of Hydromec\u2019s equipment<strong>.<\/strong><\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p><strong><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education in mechanics, sales, or related field (DEP, DEC or equivalent experience).<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interest in heavy equipment and how it operates on worksites.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent listening skills combined with strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical ability to master the technical aspects of construction equipment.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational skills, aOrganized, autonomous, and able to plan work effectively.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the construction industry is a major asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability for regular travel within the assigned territory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
