Our team is dedicated to creating an inclusive, safe, and employee-focused work environment.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Reporting to the Branch Director, the Parts Clerk will be a key member of our dynamic team. You will play an essential role in parts procurement, order management, and customer support, helping to ensure smooth operations while providing outstanding customer service.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p><strong>Customer Service and Supply: <\/strong>Supply customers and shop employees with parts and components, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Fabrication: <\/strong>Assemble hydraulic hoses according to customer specifications while following established manufacturing procedures.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Order Management: <\/strong>Prepare quotes, create customer orders, and follow up until delivery is completed.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Data Entry: <\/strong>Accurately and efficiently input billing data into the computer system.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Inventory Management: <\/strong>Enter purchase order requests into the system, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages to the supervisor.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Inventory Accuracy: <\/strong>Ensure inventory accuracy and update technical product sheets as needed.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Health and Safety: <\/strong>Comply with and apply occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/p><\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Excellent information retention skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong interest in continuous learning and training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Autonomy, resourcefulness, and strong organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attention to detail and
