Using your field knowledge, you will work closely with customers to understand their specific needs and assist them in selecting high-performance equipment adapted to their operational requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><p><strong>RESPONSABILITIES<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><p><strong>Promotion and Sales:<\/strong> Promote and advise on equipment based on customers&#8217; specific needs while highlighting the strengths of Hydromec products.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Market Analysis:<\/strong> Monitor construction industry trends to adapt offerings and maximize equipment positioning.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Customer Development:<\/strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities in the assigned sector.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Equipment Evaluation and Monitoring:<\/strong> Evaluate used equipment and ensure its resale based on market needs.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Go-to-Market Strategy: <\/strong>Plan and share structured and organized strategies with management to achieve sales objectives.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Proposals and Quotes: <\/strong>Prepare clear, competitive, and tailored sales proposals for each client, while adhering to company standards.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Activity Reporting<\/strong>: Produce accurate and concise activity reports on prospects and sales tracking.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p><strong>Competitive Intelligence:<\/strong> Understand competing products to effectively position the benefits of Hydromec&#8217;s equipment.<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p><strong>SKILLS<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Training in mechanics, sales, or a related field (DEP, DEC, or equivalent experience). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keen interest in heavy equipment and its operation on construction sites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent listening skills, combined with strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical proficiency to master the technical aspects of construction equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to plan work effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the construction industry is a major asset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability for regular travel within the assigned area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
